Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2026.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, evidence-based and goal-oriented, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time cooking, volunteering and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as collaborative, confident and patient, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Started working as an EP since 2019, and decided to branch out into Positive Behaviour Support.
I enjoy helping participants feel more like themselves. Achieving their goals and turning what feels impossible into big possibilities. I enjoy the human connection and hearing stories. Learning just as much from my participants as I can teach them.
