Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, culturally responsive, developmental, evidence-based, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, sensory-informed, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to live music gigs, hiking, playing board games and reading which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as collaborative, curious and trustworthy, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
