Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as person-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time camping, crafting and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as compassionate, creative and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Watching a person grow and recognising they are more than their disability. Seeing a person, you support living their best life is the greatest gift. Creating HOPE- Helping other Possibilities Merge is my motto.
