Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, collaborative and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time dancing, volunteering and with my pet which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, compassionate and positive, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I find great satisfaction with giving a voice to people and families who are often overlooked and undervalued. People with disability are vulnerable and I enjoy using my voice to help them achieve their goals in a person-centred way, leading with compassion, warmth and kindness every step of the way.
