Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2023.
- I describe my practice style as neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred and skill-building, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to the gym, playing team sports and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as collaborative, reliable and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I enjoy supporting people with disabilities by helping them reach their goals through a person-centred approach whilst working collaborative with their supports. Taking this approach ensures that the support I provide is individualised to a person's needs and strengths. Supporting individuals with disabilities it extremely rewarding as it provides me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
