Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time bushwalking, on DIY Projects and watching movies which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as curious, empathetic and flexible, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I enjoy building the capacity, knowledge, and understanding of the team around the young person. Watching them grow in confidence and compassion in supporting the young person in a way that is most aligned to the needs and wants of that young person is such a ride!
