Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2023.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, collaborative, culturally responsive, holistic, person-centred, social skills-focused, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time cycling, hiking, playing sport, playing team sports, reading, running, singing, staying fit, volunteering and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as collaborative, compassionate, confident, empathetic, engaging, patient, positive, respectful, understanding and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Getting to know people' story and working with them to achieve their goals. I enjoy the challenge that not every client or disability is the same and that I am forced to confront gaps in my knowledge to continuously improve the quality of care and service that I provide.
