Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as behaviour-focused, collaborative, developmental, empowering, evidence-based, family-centred, functional, interactive, person-centred, play-based, practical, sensory-informed, skill-building, social skills-focused, strengths-based and task-oriented, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time gardening, learning new skills, reading, travelling, watching movies, watching TV Shows and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as cheerful, compassionate, confident, dedicated, empathetic, encouraging, engaging, flexible, friendly, fun, kind, knowledgeable, patient, positive, respectful, trustworthy, understanding and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Seeing the participant's face when they have achieved a task that once was so hard.
