Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as behaviour-focused, collaborative, holistic, person-centred, skill-building and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time fishing, hiking, playing sport and staying fit which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as collaborative, friendly, patient, positive and respectful, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
One of the most rewarding parts is seeing positive changes in a person's quality of life. Supporting someone to reduce behaviours of concern and develop new skills can help them gain independence.
