What I like most about supporting people:
What I like most about supporting people with a disability is how fulfilling it is to work collaboratively with others to help individuals become more independent and improve their quality of life. Seeing participants learn, master new skills, and grow in their independence is incredibly rewarding. I love being part of their journey in fostering self-sufficiency and skill-building, empowering them to reach their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.
