Experience

  • I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2025.
  • I describe my practice style as collaborative, empowering and neurodiversity-affirming, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time going to the gym, with family or friends and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as confident, friendly and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

What I like most about supporting people with a disability is how fulfilling it is to work collaboratively with others to help individuals become more independent and improve their quality of life. Seeing participants learn, master new skills, and grow in their independence is incredibly rewarding. I love being part of their journey in fostering self-sufficiency and skill-building, empowering them to reach their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.
