Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2013.
  • I describe my practice style as collaborative, empowering and holistic, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time practicing mindfulness, songwriting and video gaming which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as calm, creative and empathetic, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

What I like most about supporting people with disability is creating space where they feel seen, understood and empowered to be fully themselves. I love walking beside people as we work together to build self-awareness and practical strategies that fit their unique needs; whether through everyday routines, deepining emotional literacy, or collaborative planning with families and teams. Supporting others to thrive, while honouring their individuality, remains a privilege every day.
