Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as behaviour-focused, interactive and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time watching movies, with family or friends and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as compassionate, kind and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
What I value most is the opportunity to walk alongside people as they work toward their goals and live life on their own terms. I am passionate about recognising each person's unique strengths, preferences, and communication styles, and tailoring supports that enable choice, independence, and dignity. For me, the most rewarding part is seeing individuals build upon their confidence, develop new skills, and experience genuine inclusion in their communities. Every small achievement matters, and I feel privileged to be part of those moments.
