Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
  • I describe my practice style as collaborative, evidence-based, family-centred, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time camping, cooking, going to live music gigs, hiking, practicing yoga, reading, watching movies and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as fun, kind and respectful, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

What I like most about supporting people with disability is getting to truly know each person as an individual and working alongside them and their families to understand what’s behind their behaviour, communication, and needs. I value being able to support people in ways that feel respectful, strengths-based, and meaningful, and seeing how the right supports can increase confidence, safety, and quality of life. It’s incredibly rewarding to see small changes make a big difference—whether that’s a person feeling more understood, more regulated, or more able to participate in everyday activities that matter to them.
