Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as behaviour-focused, person-centred and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time staying fit, taking photos and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as calm, kind, positive and respectful, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I like having an opportunity to build genuine connections and making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability. I find it incredibly fulfilling to empower individuals to reach their goals, more independence and feeling valued.
