Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, collaborative and goal-oriented, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time camping, staying fit and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, friendly and respectful, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I really enjoy supporting people with disability because it gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I enjoy been able to help people achieve their goals, live the best to their ability, and live as independently as possible. It is rewarding to build rapport and strong relationships with participants and their families, supporting them as they work towards their goals. Seeing their progress, their growth, and confidence develop is inspiring, and I also learn something new every day.
