Experience
- I have worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as holistic, neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time reading, running and with my cat which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as dedicated, empathetic and fun, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I enjoy forming genuine connections with the people I support. Every person has their own story and being able to walk alongside them, even in small ways, is something I deeply value. It is incredibly rewarding to build trusting relationships and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people I support by promoting independence, dignity and inclusion.
