Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2023.
  • I describe my practice style as coaching, collaborative, developmental, evidence-based, family-centred, functional, goal-oriented, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, practical, skill-building, social skills-focused, strengths-based, task-oriented and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time bushwalking, cooking, going to the gym, going to the theatre, hiking, playing sport, playing team sports, practicing mindfulness, reading, staying fit, travelling, trying new things, watching movies and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as approachable, cheerful, confident, engaging, friendly, fun, kind, positive, proactive, reliable, thoughtful, trustworthy and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

I like building relationships and having fun whilst also working on specific challenges that improve overall quality of life.
