Experience
- I have worked as an Exercise Physiologist since 2021.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, exercise-focused and functional, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to the gym, staying fit and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, empathetic and friendly, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
The diverse nature of improvements that can be made and the positive impact that incorporating some exercise into their lives can make. No matter the person's baseline capacity, I thrive on witnessing just how much of a difference any level of movement or exercise can make on someone with disability. Ranging from an individual increasing their standing tolerance by 5 minutes to improve their capacity to cook, to using 5 minutes of exercise as a coping strategy to help manage their mental health so they can access the community more often, every outcome counts.
