Experience
- I have worked as a Key Worker – Early Childhood Specialist since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time cooking, gardening, practicing mindfulness, reading, travelling and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as collaborative, friendly and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Working collaboratively with all stakeholders to help individuals reach their goals in a way that feels empowering and meaningful. I enjoy coordinating with families to support them, to advocate when needed and to learn from them as the people who know their children best. I thrive in helping children develop a mindset that shows them that they are capable of so much and watching their confidence grow as they work towards their goals.
