Experience
- I have worked as an Occupational Therapist since 2019.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, coaching, collaborative, empowering, evidence-based, family-centred, goal-oriented, holistic, interactive, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, play-based, sensory-informed, skill-building, social skills-focused, task-oriented and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time camping, going to live music gigs, going to the gym, hiking, playing team sports, reading, running, staying fit and travelling which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as adaptable, approachable, calm, collaborative, empathetic, encouraging, flexible, fun, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, organised, respectful and trustworthy, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
