Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as culturally responsive, developmental, goal-oriented, motivational, play-based, sensory-informed, skill-building, task-oriented and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time drawing, going to the gym, learning new skills, playing a musical instrument, playing team sports, reading, taking photos, trying new things, watching movies, with family or friends and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as calm, creative, empathetic, friendly, kind, patient, positive and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Witnessing their growth, independence, and the positive impact of inclusive support on their lives.
