Experience
- I have worked as an Occupational Therapist since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, collaborative, culturally responsive, empowering, family-centred, goal-oriented, holistic, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, play-based, skill-building and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time cooking, going to the gym, going to the theatre, staying fit, travelling, watching TV Shows and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, calm, confident, empathetic, flexible, friendly and respectful, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I enjoy being a part of each participant's journey to live a fulfilled life and feel well-supported both, formally and informally. Building positive therapeutic relationships is very important to me to ensure my participants get the most out of therapy and their life.
