What I like most about supporting people:
What I like most about supporting people with disability is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives by fostering independence, confidence, and inclusion. I enjoy building genuine connections, understanding each person’s unique strengths, and helping them achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their interests and abilities. Seeing the progress, whether it’s developing new skills, overcoming challenges, or simply creating positive experiences, makes the work incredibly rewarding. I also value the dynamic and hands-on nature of the role, as it allows me to adapt, learn, and grow alongside the people I support.
