- I have worked with people with disability since 2026.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, coaching, empowering, evidence-based, functional, goal-oriented, strength and conditioning, strengths-based and task-oriented, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to the gym, playing board games, playing sport, playing team sports, staying fit, swimming, trying new things, video gaming, watching movies, watching TV Shows and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as calm, cheerful, creative, fun, innovative, organised, positive and respectful, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
