Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
- I describe my practice style as coaching, collaborative, evidence-based, family-centred, functional, goal-oriented, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming, practical, skill-building, strengths-based and task-oriented, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to live music gigs, going to the gym, playing a musical instrument, travelling, video gaming, watching movies, with family or friends and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as calm, compassionate, dedicated, empathetic, encouraging, engaging, flexible, fun, inclusive, kind, patient, reliable, respectful and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
As someone with lived experience with a family member with a disability, having the opportunity to provide support to others is incredibly rewarding and something I take a lot of pride in.
