- I have worked as a Physiotherapist since 2000.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, culturally responsive, evidence-based, exercise-focused, functional, goal-oriented, person-centred, practical and strength and conditioning, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time cooking, gardening, playing a musical instrument, singing, watching movies, with family or friends and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
