What I like most about supporting people:
What I love most about supporting individuals with disability is seeing their confidence grow as they develop strategies that truly work for them. I'm passionate about helping both children and adults better understand their emotions, build resilience, and navigate challenges in a way that feels empowering. I take the time to listen, adapt to each individual's needs, and create a space where you can feel safe, heard and supported. My goal is to help my clients not just manage day-to-day struggles but to also discover their strengths to thrive in their own way.
