Experience

  • I have worked as a Provisional Psychologist since 2025.
  • I describe my practice style as collaborative, empowering and neurodiversity-affirming, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time learning new skills, playing team sports and reading which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as adaptable, cheerful and compassionate, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

What I love most about supporting individuals with disability is seeing their confidence grow as they develop strategies that truly work for them. I'm passionate about helping both children and adults better understand their emotions, build resilience, and navigate challenges in a way that feels empowering. I take the time to listen, adapt to each individual's needs, and create a space where you can feel safe, heard and supported. My goal is to help my clients not just manage day-to-day struggles but to also discover their strengths to thrive in their own way.
