Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2026.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, coaching, collaborative, culturally responsive, empowering, evidence-based, exercise-focused, functional, goal-oriented, interactive, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, play-based, practical, skill-building, task-oriented and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time bushwalking, cooking, going to the gym, going to the theatre, learning new skills, playing sport, reading, swimming, travelling, trying new things, watching movies and watching TV Shows which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as adaptable, approachable, calm, collaborative, compassionate, dedicated, empathetic, encouraging, energetic, engaging, flexible, friendly, goal-oriented, innovative, motivational, organised, patient, positive, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, understanding and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I feel deeply rewarding to see how small, targeted interventions can lead to meaningful changes in a person's daily life, whether that is expressing their needs, building social connections, or gaining confidence. Being part of that journey and watching clients grow in independence is incredibly fulfilling.
