What I like most about supporting people:
My passion for disability-based work has always been in increasing people’s capacity to engage with their loved ones and communities. Whether it be collaborating to find new and creatives ways to enhance communication, provide education around disabilities and environmental factors, or empowering individuals to recognise their strengths and act on them in day-to-day life. Seeing people achieve their goals using what their own strengths and resources drives me!
