Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time camping, gardening and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, dedicated, empathetic and flexible, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I find the most rewarding part of supporting people with disability is building meaningful relationships and seeing individuals grow in confidence and independence. Being able to contribute to someone achieving their personal goals, while ensuring they feel heard, respected and empowered, is what motivates me in this work.
