- I describe my practice style as behaviour-focused, coaching, collaborative, culturally responsive, developmental, empowering, evidence-based, family-centred, goal-oriented, holistic, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, practical, skill-building, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time practicing mindfulness, reading and staying fit which often helps me build rapport with participants.
