Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2021.
  • I describe my practice style as adaptive, behaviour-focused, coaching, collaborative, goal-oriented, holistic, motivational, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, sensory-informed, social skills-focused, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time bushwalking, going to live music gigs, going to the gym, reading, songwriting, staying fit, watching movies and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as approachable, compassionate and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

Being in touch with people with disabilities and learning from their marvelous perspectives is a privilege. I value the time spent learning about people and exploring strength-based ways to bring out the best in them and their lives.
