Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2003.
- I describe my practice style as empowering, holistic and skill-building, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to the theatre, playing a musical instrument and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as encouraging, inclusive and proactive, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
Assisting participants to achieve their goals and seeing their confidence grow whilst building meaningful relationships. Also, I enjoy learning from participant's unique perspectives and helping create opportunities for inclusion and independence.
