Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2025.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, behaviour-focused, evidence-based, goal-oriented, interactive and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time practicing mindfulness, reading, swimming and travelling which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, empathetic, kind, organised, understanding and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I like supporting people with disability because it allows me to provide person‑centered care while building genuine, trusting relationships with my participants. Helping someone strengthen their emotional regulation and confidence is incredibly meaningful, and I’m driven by the chance to make a lasting difference in their daily life and progress toward their goals.
