What I like most about supporting people:
What I like most about supporting people with disability is seeing individuals grow in confidence and become more independent over time. I find it incredibly rewarding to be part of their journey, supporting them to achieve their goals and recognise their strengths. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where people feel heard, valued and capable of reaching their full potential.
