Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2016.
  • I describe my practice style as collaborative, holistic and neurodiversity-affirming, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time cooking, trying new things and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as friendly, patient and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

What I like most about supporting people with disability is getting to know each individual and being involved in their journey. I enjoy building meaningful, ongoing relationships and supporting individuals, their family/carers and the team around them to reach their goals in a meaningful and achievable way. Supporting people with disability means that I get to work with individuals with unique strengths and it opens up opportunities to learn from each other's experiences and perspectives.
