Experience

  • I have worked with people with disability since 2023.
  • I describe my practice style as evidence-based, exercise-focused and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
  • In my free time, I like to spend time playing sport, reading and travelling which often helps me build rapport with participants.
  • My participants often describe me as kind, patient and reliable, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.

What I like most about supporting people:

What I like most about supporting people with disability is being able to improve their quality of life, independence and freedom while empowering them to achieve their goals. I enjoy getting to know each individual, understanding their unique perspective, interests, strengths and abilities, and using this knowledge to provide personalised support. I find it rewarding to help clients build confidence, make their own choices and live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
