What I like most about supporting people:
What I like most about supporting people with disabilities is connecting with others and helping to create a safe space where they feel understood, valued, and empowered. I am passionate about helping people with disabilities feel understood and empowered to have agency in their own lives. I especially enjoy adapting my support to the individual, so they feel truly seen and known. I love working holistically alongside each person and their support team to foster mutual growth, understanding, and unity.
