Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2022.
- I describe my practice style as culturally responsive, holistic and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time bushwalking, going to live music gigs and taking photos which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as adaptable, organised and reliable, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
What I love most about supporting people with disability is seeing participants think outside the box about their lives and what they would like to achieve and then being able to support them in turning those ideas into reality. I particularly value helping people recognize their potential and empowering them to take the steps towards the life they want.
I also strongly believe in taking a holistic approach to support. I see progress as something that is not achieved in isolation, but as something that is supported by the participant's wider circle. Working together with the participant, their family, support network and other professionals achieve meaningful outcomes that are sustainable and person centered.
