What I like most about supporting people with disability is being able to help individuals work towards greater independence, confidence and quality of life. I value building positive relationships, understanding each person's individual strengths and needs, and supporting them to achieve goals that are meaningful to them. I find it rewarding seeing that I can make a genuine difference in someone's everyday life.
