Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2024.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, family-centred and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time dancing, playing sport and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as dedicated, empathetic and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I like supporting people with disability because every person I work with has a unique way of seeing the world and helping them reach their own goals - no matter how small - feels genuinely meaningful. Seeing someone gain confidence, independence, or simply have a better day because of the support I provided is what makes the work rewarding for me
