Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2014.
- I describe my practice style as adaptive, collaborative, evidence-based, goal-oriented, holistic, motivational and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to the gym, learning new skills, playing sport, reading and with family or friends which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, goal-oriented, kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and understanding, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I enjoy supporting participants with disability to achieve their goals that are meaningful to them. i value relationships that are built along the way. I enjoy the fact that every person has their own strengths, challenges and story and i feel privileged to work alongside individuals to meet their goals.
