What I like most about supporting people:
What I enjoy most about supporting people with disability is working collaboratively to support each person to achieve their individual goals. I love seeing people build new skills, grow in confidence and develop greater independence. I value building genuine relationships based on trust, respect and understanding, as it allows me to support people in a way that works best for them. I enjoy bringing positivity, creativity and a sense of fun to my work, finding different ways to meet individual needs and make each experience enjoyable and meaningful.
