Experience
- I have worked with people with disability since 2026.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, goal-oriented and person-centred, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time going to the gym, video gaming and watching TV Shows which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as approachable, empathetic and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
What I like most about supporting people:
I believe that a person is not defined by their disability, and that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. My practice is grounded in building strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation for us to work together toward the goals that are meaningful to you.
I have background in trauma-informed practice, having worked in a women's refuge supporting children and families from diverse and complex backgrounds. This experience has shaped my approach to be compassionate, strengths-based, and person-centered.
I feel fortunate to be invited into your world and to have the opportunity to work alongside you, support what matters to you, and help you build towards your goals and independence.
