Experience
- I have worked as a Psychologist since 1999.
- I describe my practice style as collaborative, culturally responsive, developmental, empowering, evidence-based, family-centred, functional, goal-oriented, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred, play-based, practical, skill-building, social skills-focused, strength and conditioning, strengths-based and trauma-informed, tailoring my approach to meet each participant's unique needs.
- In my free time, I like to spend time bushwalking, cooking, gardening, learning new skills, meditating, on DIY Projects, reading, staying fit, travelling, trying new things, video gaming, watching movies, with family or friends and with my dog which often helps me build rapport with participants.
- My participants often describe me as adaptable, approachable, calm, collaborative, compassionate, dedicated, empathetic, encouraging, engaging, flexible, friendly, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, patient, positive, proactive, respectful, thoughtful, trustworthy, understanding and warm, reflecting my commitment to creating a supportive environment.
